Vonovia’s internal Compliance Management System applies to all subgroups and is designed to ensure that all transactions and processes are carried out in such a way that they comply with the relevant laws, regulations and administrative provisions, as well as contractual obligations and internal company guidelines and instructions.

Policies
We have put in place effective organizational structures and clearly assigned roles and responsibilities based on the principles of good corporate governance. Our guidelines and policies, which define the framework and minimum standards for our business processes are binding for all our employees.
